Buenos Aires March 2016 plus CITA | | | | Happy 2016 from all of us at Tango and I!! Welcome to a new year, new beginnings! We have lots of plans for Tango and I at Dance Life this year! But we will start of slow and easy. I don't know about you, but when I have new years resolutions, somehow they end up like a wet towel on the bathroom floor. Well, not all of them, but the ones that you have to put that extra little amount of effort in. The ones that you "should" be doing. The " I will quit smoking" resolution. Thank goodness I never smoked, but that addiction to chocolate is another story. My healthy tango addiction has only brought me all the good things in life. Just yesterday I was in a perfect little jewellery store in Middelburg, the Netherlands. And as he was packing up a lovely ring, John, my husband, mentioned something about tango. The jewelers ears perked up: " Do you dance the Argentine Tango?" He immediately walked from behind the counter and, in front of his other customers, took me into his arms and danced me around his little shop. A story of a tango dancer, your new resolution could also include a little more tango "on the side". Create a smile on someones face by asking them to dance, take them to a dance lesson, a milonga, a concert. If all of you readers would entice one person to come and play with the rest of us tango dancers in 2016!!! Don't let them end up like that wet towel on the floor!

Wednesdays at 7.30 pmRock that tango step! Left to Right, parallel and cross system, finding comfort and adding rhythm. These little buggers are not as simple as they look. Somehow they become the little "jerks" of tango when people lack the precision and technique. We want you to be smooth tango operators when you are dancing!
Intermediate/advanced classes
Wednesdays at 8.30 January Tango Surprises! That's right, a surprise in every class. You show up, with good tango spirits and we will add the joy and fun to the dance by surprising you with something you had not thought of before!
