Hello Tango friends,
The results are in from our totally non-competitive tango competition and sharing event.
It turned out to be an 20 way draw. Yep.. we had 10 couples on the floor showing off their best stuff, and they we all won. There were dramatic moves, funny moves (thanks Scott), swooshy moves, dynamic moves, and there was at least one secret move that no-one can talk about.
As promised, four passes for Nick and Diana’s upcoming workshop were awarded by a draw from the hat. These were given to your generous and brave friends who dared to share their best and bravest moves.
So to all of you who came, a huge thank you from Scott, myself,and the rest of the Desperado gang. We enjoyed enormously the impressive display of skill, musicality, humour, and generosity you brought to us.
Well done!
Our four extra-lucky, extra-good dancers are Kori, Dave or Gretchen (they have to share somehow), Isaac, and Tom. It is also worth noting that some of our friends who danced chose to pass on their chance to win because they will be on travel during the workshop weekend, and one extra-generous soul, won, but gave the ticket back to be drawn again for someone else to enjoy!
I think it’s safe to say, it was lot of fun for everyone, and we saw the best in each and every dancer.
If you weren’t there, Don’t miss it next time ;)
We might add a surprise or two.
