Followers, have you ever wondered why your leader has never led you into a leader’s gauncho? If you have pondered these deep tango questions from time immemorial, then rejoice! Your realization of gauncho consciousness is at hand!
Come to Desperados Practica this Monday and learn an easy leader-gauncho that is fun for both the leader and the follower. This is our very first teacher tasting, and it will be with Diana Devi. She will teach a mini-lesson on this very topic! Everyone is welcome. There is no extra charge, just pay for the practica as usual. ($5 drop in, Desperados of the Inner-Bandito Cabal pay much less of course.).

Teacher tastings will occur roughly every second or third week. We hope you will enjoy a delicious tango nugget from each of several teachers who have agreed to share. They will be announced a week or so before each event.
Our purpose at Desperados is to give you a pleasant place to join with friends from all reaches of our tango community who want to practice the goodness that your teachers share with you. To keep true to that, these taster lessons are short and free. They start at 7:45 and end at 8:15. After that, it’s simply practice time. Please feel free to talk with our guest teachers and get to know them better as you feel inclined. But the formal teaching ends sharp, and the good work of putting into practice resumes.
