[TSOM-Announce] Clarification: who is Ziegler?

Dear tanqueros,
In the world of tango music, there are 2 different "Ziegler" tango ensembles:
Pablo Ziegler, who played with Piazzolla from 1978-1989, then he created his own ensemble.  His playing style is a bridge between jazz, improvisation and the new tango of Piazzolla.  His last name is actually Salzano, and Ziegler is his maternal last name. He will be in Minneapolis in Sept 26 & 27 at the Dakota and at the Northrup.  We (bataclanTango) are not related to these events.

Alejandro Ziegler founded the Alejandro Ziegler Cuarteto Tango, that plays traditional tango music.  BataclanTango is proud to bring this quartet for the 3rd time to the Twin Cities.  We'll have a milonga on Saturday, Oct 18th (place to be defined) and a concert on Sunday, Oct 19th (at 5pm at the JCC).  We are still working on details and I'll communicate them to you as soon as we have them.  The admission for the concert is going to be very affordable, and it will include a reception where we can also dance.

Alejandro is not related to Pablo, it's like Paul Williams and Robin Williams…
So:
Sept: Pablo Ziegler: fusion between jazz, and nuevo tango, more oriented to listen to.
Oct: Alejandro Ziegler: traditional tango ensemble, oriented to dance.  Sponsored by BataclanTango.

Both are going to be great and not be missed!
