[TSOM-Announce] January and tango and i ( :

Hello folks,

Happy new tango year to all of you and yours! We hope that you will be dancing your socks of this upcoming year. And you can:

Practica time at SDS has been changed:  Every Saturday afternoon from 4 till 5.30 You will find the studio and instructors available to you to come and practice all the things you have learned, and some you haven't learned!

Classes at the Social Dance Studio by Sabine Ibes and Diana Devi,

Wednesday evenings 6.30 A beginner class
Getting familiar with the 8 count basic for week #1
Turns in the 8 count basic for week # 5

If you are a beginner tango dancer, you do not need to bring a partner to class. We make sure that there are always dance partners, instructors and assistants available to dance with you. You will not be sitting down in these classes! Bring shoes that you can pivot ( spin ) in easily. The first class at SDS is free, tell your friends!
The first week in January, the class will be taught by Diana Devi and David Hassis.

Wednesday evenings 7.30 The all level classes A & B
The first week of classes A & B will be a combined class: Diana Devi will work with you:
            - A fresh start to your new tango year 2014 -
Diana will polish you up from head to toe, making sure that you know exactly the correct ways to start moving your year. Technique is not unique to tango; it is a must to every dance, every movement that you make. The more efficient you move your body, the move efficient you will dance; and the better a connection you can make with your partners!

The following weeks Level A will start with close embrace classics and Level B will be rocking the boat
check out our curriculum page http://tangoandi.com/curriculum/

Wednesday evenings 8.30 Intermediate/advanced class
The first week will be taught by Diana Devi, we recommend you take the 7.30 class as well! This class will knock you right of your socks, well, actually it will do the opposite:  - A balanced beginning to your tango year 2014 -     A deeper understanding of what really happens in the tango walk and movement.

The following weeks Sabine and Diana will explore improvisation techniques with you: dancing to the music while improvising the movement.

Come and explore Argentine Tango with us!

Both Diana and Sabine are available for private lessons,  http://tangoandi.com/contact/  to book a lesson with either of them.

We are excited to start the new year with all of you!
