[TSOM-Announce] Desperados Surprises and Expectations.

 

Dear Tango friends,

 

You can’t always tell what’s going to happen at Desperados, but you can count on it being good.  A few weeks back, the spirit of Tango Mischief (Guillermo aka Tango-Loki) dropped by and left us with a room full of exploding orcho-cortados. (The fun kind)

 

This Monday, no surprises. Just an excellent practica tastefully seasoned with an historical and musical exposition on the big four orchestras of the Golden Age.

Our very own DJ Pablo will bring these maestros and their musical significance to life for us. We’ll dance some special tandas with them, and gain some insights along the way. I’m thinking this will help us colour inside and outside the lines when we dance, but more intentionally.

 

The presentation and guided dance will start near 8. We typically go about 40minutes. Then well carry on with our tradition of sharing the best dance with the best people.
