1. My booklet:  Buenos Aires Tips by Lynne  has just been revised.   34+ pages of info. based on my 12 trips to B.A for tourists/ tangueros going to Buenos Aires, Argentina for the first or even a second time.  It will save you hours of research (which I have done for you), and answer most of your questions even if you are going with a tour group.
