[TSOM-Announce] Improve your dance backwards .. a novel teacher taster!

Dear Dancing Friends,

 

Every so often, an awakening happens. (Sometimes you wish you’d slept in.)

We’ve all had that class where you think you know nothing … Words like, “Oh, your walk..(long silence..)  If only we had a hundred years to work on you.” “Maybe two hundred. Yes that might get you somewhere. ”  But you have to leave BA tomorrow!  And so you do, thinking you missed your chance to be a great tango dancer..

 

Well, we are lucky to have a little BA magic in our midst, and it will appear in the form of a special teacher taster just in time for Christmas.  On Dec 19, we’ll have a very novel teacher taster taught by Miriam Lea Ziven.  Miriam has a fabulous Tango resume, and she’s hinted that my dancing could be better if I did it in reverse.   That might not be the highest endorsement my tango skills have ever received, but it is a very interesting hint about the topic of this taster.

 

Please join us Monday 19 December for a very interesting evening with a your friends at Desperados and guest teacher Miriam Lea Ziven.

 

The teacher taster segment will last about half an hour starting shortly after 8pm. We’ll have plenty of time to practice after.
