Classes this Week: Tuesday we'll  work on more of the things that Susana Miller gave us. There was a lot, and I know you had many questions after the workshops. She left us with so many things that it will take us a long time to understand and incorporate it all, but that is my obsession - to help you to interpret what she was saying.  We will continue our journey to create the maximum in musical, comfortable, blissful moments, so that everyone here can feel the beauty of many tango moments.. Thursday classes - due to the student's demands, we return to the 3142 1st Ave. studio, and a little earlier time. Lessons start at 7:30.

Tuesday Party  Tuesday at 9, after the lessons. This was Susana's favorite night here in Minnesota. Relaxed, fun, welcoming atmosphere. You'll like it!

Wednesday:  It's the First Wednesday already! Time for the Krung Thep milonga.  It's getting better all the time, thanks to all of your support. Music starts at 7, but come early for the best tables and to finish eating so we can dance with you. 2523 Nicollet Ave S. $5

Private Lessons: This is where you will get the tailored information that you need. Group lessons are not enough!  Are you envious of the fast progress others make?  It's the privates.  Packages are available.

Musings:  Want to know what women want? What do men want? It's simple: This is what your partner wants most: a partner who dances the music, has a nice embrace, and keeps (or helps keep) the partnership safe. Without those things, all the other things are not worth much.  I have heard it said that these things cannot be taught in lessons - that they have to be "learned by doing". I don't agree - these things can be taught, and it is definitely a good idea to learn them in tango class.  Otherwise, you will have to dance for years in order to figure it out on your own. If you are in a class and you are not getting that new "move" that you were expecting, and instead the teacher is talking againa bout the walk, the embrace, the music, etc, it is probably because the first things have not been taken care of. Patience, grasshopper!
