[TSOM-Announce] Date-Request preferences for 2015 TSOM Milonga DJ/Instroctors underway

Fellow dancers,

 

Every year about this time, letters are sent to the DJs and Instructors that teach and DJ at the TSOM Milongas,

requesting their date-preferences and dates-not-available for the coming year (2015).  That letter was sent out last week,

preferences are due back to me by Monday.   If you are on the current teacher/DJ list, and did not receive

a letter, please contact me ASAP.  If your are an AT DJ or Instructor, are not on the list, and want to be

on the list, you will need to make a request to the TSOM board; contact me for details of the process.

If accepted, you will be assigned to the open slots on the list (if any), otherwise when the assignments are

made for 2016.

 

Sometime in the near future, the DJ/Instructor dates will be assigned based on the materials received.

A few days prior to that, I will post to this list when and where I'll be doing that asssignment (usually some coffe shop).

Any member of TSOM is welcome to come an observe the process, and to ask questions as appropriate.
