Hello Dancers!
We are very excited to be organizing a tango trip to Buenos Aires to visit the birthplace of tango, attend classes, experience the culture and music and enjoy the World Argentine Tango Championships. Sol and Leandro, the wonderful teachers that have been visiting us during the past year, have created a great week of classes for us and organized lodging that will allow us to explore the city. We want this to a be a great experience for them as well as us and hope to bring a nice sized group. The details of the trip are below and to make this work we need a minimum of 8 dancers to commit to the adventure. Registration and package fees are due by June 10. This does not include airfare or meals. Delta has a flight that runs Minneapolis to Atlanta to Buenos Aires. We will need to coordinate arrival times and will be aiming for a the morning of Monday, August 18th.
Package Includes:
transportation to and from airport in BA
7 nights hotel accommodations
5 private group classes with Sol and Leandro structured for our group
1 dinner show milonga
local attraction and shoe shopping guidance by Sol and Leandro
$2500/person single room
$1800/if you bring a roommate

This is a great opportunity for a tango adventure as the World Cup Tango Championships will be taking place during our visit.

There will be many different options to choose from for evening milonga excursions and Sol and Leandro will make recommendations on which we should try.
If you have any questions please respond to this email or call April : 507-269-0976
If, and hopefully, when we have 8 names , I will send out an email to coordinate flights asap. The registration deadline is coming up fast!
Thanks,
April
