From Marisa Riviere We all well know that tango is not danced just with the body but also with the heart! But besides your heart, do you know how many other individual parts of your body are involved to come together for the dance and how? And how can they be trained, prepared and focused on for you to obtain the best from each step? To find out, join Argentinian teacher Wanda Abramor every Wednesday at 1:00 PM for the month of June. Directly from Buenos Aires, her international zoom sessions of the "Engines of Movement" workshop will teach you. The exercises cover from toes to head ("de pies a cabeza" as she called the workshop some years ago when she piloted it) focusing one session on each part of the body: feet, base leg, free leg, hip, etc. June's clases will cover just feet and legs but likely she will continue further on in July. Also, for you to be able to better focus your attention in the class, she will send you a short video to learn about and work in the exercises ahead of time. For more details please contact Wanda directly by email at wanda.abramor@gmail.com or at her FaceBook page Wanda Tango.
