[TSOM-Announce] Tango Unicorns and making Desperados Special

I’m writing today in hopes of alerting you to a very unsettling reality:  We have tango unicorns in our midst.

Oh the shock!  Oh the horror!

I’m not talking about the rather disturbing image below. Anyone could see that those are Mythical Rango Rhinoceri! Their approach to line-of-dance is the stuff of legend… but I digress.

 

No, today I’m here to address the pervasive problem of Tango Unicorns. They are all around us! (Don’t tell my therapist...)

These creatures were once thought extinct, others thought them mythical. I know better. They are here! You just can’t see them!

 

There is only one way to know for sure if you are near one:

Check their registration.  You don’t need a badge to do this.  Just come right out and ask! Like this:

Have you booked your early bird pass for Fabian and Lola?  Because honestly, if you don’t know how fabulous they are, and you haven’t booked your early bird… Well, you might be a tango unicorn. Even more likely: you could be paying too much for the best tango weekend this side of November… J Oh.. and early bird ends Monday 22 April.”

Let’s all do our part to prevent unicorn tears on the 3^rd of May, get your early bird pass today and remind our friends.  FYI, Fabian and Lola are nothing short of world class tango legends. They are steeped in the technique and the joy of modern tango, and they have artistic root unsurpassed by any. On top of all that, they are personable, approachable, and genuinely warm to unicorns and dancers alike.
