Dear Desperados and aspiring mad men and women…

 

This summer and fall have been like the climax in D’Arienzo song. Non-stop action, relentless virtuosity, and cascading dynamic crescendos…  I’m talking about the parties, the riverboat, the live music, the milongas, and the visiting maestros!

But we are not done!! Oh no!

 

Now it’s your turn! 

That’s right. You’ve been chasing one great teacher after another. You’ve been studying hard with our local maestre, (Yeah, I had to look it up!)  You have been practicing at home, at practicas, and with your friends.. Maybe even travelling to far away festivals..

 

So what have you got??

What’s your coolest new move? Your best embellishment? Boldest Barida? Sexiest Saccada? Bravest Boleo?

Not everyone has done this. So here’s how it works. Show up. Share something! Get your name in the hat. Then we pull from the hat to find winners.

It doesn’t matter if you are showing off a flying, spinning, double reverse fourth saccada from the Westhmier position, or a rock-step to the front.

If you share, you can win.

Then we can talk about all those moves later on!
