Friday night April 27: The Old Town Artist Cooperative in St. Paul is kicking off the 2016 Spring Art Crawl with an Argentine Tango lesson! Please join us for art, dancing, entertainment, food & wine, and over 10 Art studios to visit. Come and help the new folks take their first tango steps. Stay afterwards and dance! Saturday, April 28 Cafe Bailar starts with an Argentine Tango lesson Cafe Bailar dances are held the 2nd Saturdays and 4th Saturdays of every month at Costa Rica Ballroom in Hopkins. The dances start with a free group lesson from 7:30-8:30 pm with different professional instructors each time. The dance follows the lesson from 8:30-11:00 pm. Admission is $9 for Cafe Bailar Dance Club members, $12 for guests, or $7 for students 25 and under. 816 Mainstreet, Hopkins, Minnesota 55343
Sunday, April 29th: Tapestry Folkdance center is hosting a Milonga! First, there will be a tango lesson at 6:00 (the third of three this month), followed by a variety dance. Then we transition to tango music! If this is successful, we can get Tapestry to do this more often.
