[TSOM-Announce] Board changes; position open

Dear TSoM members, 

My reign has come to an end. I've stepped down as president to better serve our tango community in other ways. Thanks to everyone who took the time to meet with me, discuss ideas, and share thoughts. 

Your 11 remaining board members are currently in charge, so there's nothing to worry about for now.
