Followed by Developing Your Tango Body More spirals this week we will expand on how your body move and aligns in the spiral..... More on spiraling up or spiraling down. We will spend an hour working on individual technique then move into partner movements that use those same movements. We will be continuing the drills plus adding a few more new things to the mix! Now that you have the twist what do you do with it?
