Hello everybody,
Carolina & Donato are coming to town soon and this will be their first time together in Minneapolis.
Carolina used to be FabianSalas partner for many years, I know her since the first time she met Fabian and I saw her growing amazingly next to him.
Donato came to Minneapolis with Cecilia Gonzalez in 2008 and I got to teach and perform with him at the Austin Spring Tango Festival on 2009.
We taught a vals class together and the way he organized and passed the material to the students was exceptional.
It was a real pleasure to work with him as well as to perform with him.
This is a big opportunity for our community as not everybody can travel to Buenos Aires every year to be exposed to teachers of this caliber, it makes it very convenient for us to have them coming our way.
It will be also very nice to have the whole community coming together and enjoying working on their fun material as we used to do in the old times.
As you already saw in their youtubes, they are very refined dancers and they are very nice and kind people as well to transmit everything they know to their students in a very hearted and humble way.
Attending a whole week-end workshop Is also a very exciting experience for everybody and a good opportunity to meet students from other classes that are new in the community including my new students from the U of M dance program that already started to circulate to some of our milongas, so you can welcome them in to our community.
As always in this very short opportunities and in order to get the most of it I highly recommend you to attend the whole week-end and start from the first classes since their fundamentals will be the ones that will set the base of the whole week-end so you can easily grab what will be taught on the most advanced classes.
I understand everybody is busy and sometimes your personal schedule doesn't allow you to attend all the classes so just do the best you can but don't miss them.
Preregistration form is on line and there is flyers around the whole town.
